Due to continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced and organised <strong>Office Manager</strong> to join our team.</p><br><h3>Benefits</h3><p>Full time position</p><p>Excellent Remuneration</p><p>Weekends Off.</p><br><h3>Task & responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the office to ensure efficient business performance.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop, implement and review office policies, procedures and administrative systems.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate and supervise administrative staff, allocating duties and monitoring workflow.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain and improve records management systems, filing systems and business documentation.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor office expenditure, prepare budgets and oversee procurement of office supplies and equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Liaise with builders, subcontractors, suppliers, clients and other stakeholders regarding administrative and operational matters.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate project documentation, contracts, quotations, purchase orders and invoicing.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare management reports, business correspondence and operational documentation. &nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate recruitment administration, employee records, onboarding and leave management.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, company policies and relevant legislation.&nbsp;</li><li>Support the Directors with business planning, scheduling and continuous improvement initiatives.&nbsp;</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and implement administrative process improvements.&nbsp;</li></ul><br><h3>Qualification & experience</h3><p>&nbsp; Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Management or a related field.</p><p>&nbsp; Previous at least one to two years of &nbsp;experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative management role.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp; Excellent organisational and time management skills.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp; Strong written and verbal communication skills.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp; Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp; Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.&nbsp;</p>
