&nbsp;About the RoleThe Chief Executive Officer / General Manager – NDIS Operations will be responsible for planning, organising, directing, controlling and reviewing the overall operations of the organisation. The role will provide executive leadership across multi-site NDIS operations, including NSW-based facilities and interstate/regional service operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the directors and senior management team and will oversee major business functions, including regional operations, finance, compliance, human resources, service delivery, intake and administration, workforce planning, stakeholder engagement and business growth.
